✅ Covered Situations:

We stand by our products and ensure you receive them in perfect condition. You qualify for a replacement or refund if:

The glass bong arrives broken or cracked due to shipping damage.

There are manufacturing defects (e.g., weak joints, uneven percolators).

The product received does not match the ordered item.

❌ Not Covered:

Damage caused by customer mishandling or accidental drops.

Normal wear and tear over time.

Products purchased through unauthorized resellers.

📦 How to Claim a Replacement:

Report Within 7 days – Send photos/video of the damaged bong to azael@glassbongfactory.com.

Provide Order Details – Include your order number and a brief description.

Approval & Resolution – We’ll review and send a free replacement within 3 business days.

🚚 Shipping Back Damaged Items (If Required):

In rare cases, we may ask for the damaged item to be returned (we cover shipping costs).

Once received, we’ll process your replacement immediately.
